By commissioning artwork from me (HaNa/@beastyhana), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the commission.

Ordering.

Order Process
Explain how commissioners order from you, whether that be messaging you, going through VGen, filling out a form, ect. First come first serve?

Payment.

Currency
All prices are listed in USDMethod of Payment
☆Payment can be send via GCash, PayPal, Ko-Fi, and VGen
☆A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins (50% of the total price).
(except for VGen, full payment is needed unless client request a payment plan)Refund Policy
☆You can request a full refund only if I have not started working on your project.
☆No refunds once the artwork is completed.
☆Cancellations before completion may result in partial refunds, minus the deposit.Additional Fees

☆Rush fee is 20% of the total commission

Work Process.

Duration
☆Delivery deadline will always be set to 3-9 days, and 14 days if it is semi-realism.
☆Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.Updates
☆I will thoroughly communicate with you once I started working on your commission.
☆I will send updates of the following:
•Sketch
•Base Color
•Final Art
*Note that these updates will come with a watermark.

Rights.

Personal Use
Do not use it for commercial if you only paid for personal use.
Do not claim the art as your own, credit the artist (@beastyhana)Commercial Use
Digital : ($10), e.g. promotional material, cover art for music, albums, packaging, use in videogame, use for advertising, does not apply to independent content creators without brand deals or affiliated to advertise their free work. Any form of digital posting that will generate earnings/money.Physical: 3x price, e.g. art is the product, like posters, stickers, cards, shirts, phone covers, etc.Editing
You may not edit, trace, copy, remove watermark, resell or redistribute the artwork without permission.AI/NFT
DO NOT use the artwork to upload or train AI.No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). I am not interested in partaking in cryptocurrencies and NFTs. My art, either commissioned, pre-existing or merchandise work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.
